Too Little Panel for What Comes Next
Many Inland Empire homes still run on 100 amp service. That is fine until you add an EV charger, a heat pump, a battery or solar, and suddenly there is no room in the panel or the utility will not approve the load.
A panel upgrade means the power is off, the utility has to be scheduled, and the county has to sign off. It needs to be done once and done right.
Scope Delivered
New 200A Main Panel
Removed the old 100A service and installed a new 200A main panel with meter section, recessed into the exterior wall.
Utility Coordination
Scheduled the SCE disconnect and reconnect so the home was back on power the same day.
Permit + Final
Pulled the Riverside County permit and passed the service panel final inspection.
How We Built It Right
Wired for what is next
Breakers are landed neatly with room left for future circuits, so the next project, whether solar, an EV charger or a battery, does not start with another panel job.
What This Project Proves for Your Property
Thinking about solar, a battery or an EV charger on an older home? Start with the panel. Keen's C-10 crews do service upgrades on their own and as part of solar projects, so you get one contractor and one plan.
See our electrical services and residential solar pages. We serve Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and the rest of Southern California.
